"We woke up one morning to the smell of burning electric, not exactly the alarm clock you seek to have wake you. There was no smoke, just the awful electrical burn smell! We determined that it must be the furnace as the temp in the house was plunging quickly and the furnace was not operating, not such a great thing on a brisk 18 degree morning. Bob was recommended by a friend and was out within an hour! He diagnosed the problem and made recommendations based on our current situation. Ultimately we went with a new furnace and a NEST thermostat (LOVE IT!). He was professional, prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly efficient! He even offered to bring us a few portable heaters to get us through the next day and a half to make sure we were warm and our pipes wouldn't freeze. He was also very instrumental in us applying for various available rebates. We are extremely pleased with our furnace/thermostat and the incredible service R. Gibson Contracting provided!
